RULES
For apartments, a minimum stay of 5 days is required.
For rooms, a minimum stay of 2 days is required.
(prices may vary according to the room or apartment, number of guests, duration and period of stay. We suggest to contacts us in order to receive a personalized cost estimate).

On request, daily tidying may be executed with or without clean room linen. Prices vary according to the requested services.
THE PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE:
- Sojourn tax and everything not included in the list “The price includes”.
ANIMALS:
- Small and medium-sized animals may be brought into the apartments Oliveto and Laghetto on the ground floor, but an additional fee is requested.
RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
Deposit:
- 30% on the total price of the stay
- 50% on the total price for one night of stay
New Year’s Eve or other holidays:
- 50% of total on reservation and payment on arrival.
Terrapille Farm may vary confirmation conditions in particular situations.

The Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the large dining room on the ground floor, or outside, on the panoramic terrace or in the adjacent veranda.
Guests can enjoy pies, cakes, jams with our fruits, all homemade with local ingredients … and yogurt, cheeses and locally produced sausages.
Breakfast is on request. For a better service, ask for it at the booking confirmation.
